Who we are

Laney's Boutique is a trading name of Silvercrest Commerce LLC, 75 E 3rd St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, company number 2026-001913050 ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal information you share with us when you browse laneys-boutique.com, place an order or get in touch. What we collect

  • Contact and order details: your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, what you ordered and the payment confirmation. We never see your full card number; our payment processor handles that.
  • Account details: username, password and security details, if you create an account.
  • Customer service: what you write or tell us when you contact us.
  • Usage data: IP address, device and browser information and how you move through the site, collected with cookies and similar technologies.

Why we use it

  • To process, ship and deliver your order, handle returns and refunds, and help you when you contact us
  • To meet legal obligations, such as tax record-keeping and consumer protection rules
  • To send you our emails about new pieces and offers, if you signed up or bought from us; every email has an unsubscribe link
  • To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and improve the store
  • To place analytics and advertising cookies, only with your consent where the law requires it, which you can withdraw at any time in the cookie settings

Who sees it

We share personal information only with parties that need it:

  • Ningbo DayOne Technology Co. Ltd, our fulfillment partner in China: name, shipping address, phone number and order details, to pack and ship your parcel. We share nothing more, under our agreement with them.
  • Shopify, which hosts our store, and Whop, our payment partner, together with the card networks and banks involved in your payment. See Shopify's privacy policy.
  • Shipping carriers, customer service tools, email and analytics providers working on our instructions.
  • Advertising partners, only when you have accepted marketing cookies.
  • Public authorities, courts and advisers when the law requires it or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Where a US state law counts targeted-advertising cookies as a "sale" or "sharing", you can opt out at any time via the cookie settings or by emailing us.

Cookies

Essential cookies make the cart and checkout work. Analytics and advertising cookies are only placed after you accept them in the cookie banner; you can change or withdraw that choice at any time through the cookie settings link on the site. Shopify's own cookies are listed at shopify.com/legal/cookies.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records for as long as US federal and state tax and accounting rules require, generally up to 7 years. Customer service correspondence up to 3 years after the matter is closed. Marketing data until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. Account data until you delete your account. Cookie data for the lifetime shown per cookie in the banner.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (California under the CCPA; Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon and other states under their own privacy laws), you may:

  • ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy
  • have it corrected or deleted
  • opt out of "sale", "sharing" and targeted advertising
  • receive your data in a portable format
  • withdraw a consent you gave and stop marketing at any time
  • appeal if we turn down a request, simply by replying to our answer

All of this is free and is never held against you. Email support@laneys-boutique.com; we respond within the period the applicable law allows, usually 45 days, after verifying your identity. Where your state permits it, an authorized agent can act for you.

Complaints

Talk to us first; we solve most concerns quickly. You can also contact the Attorney General's office of your state or the Federal Trade Commission at ftc.gov.

Children

Laney's is not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. Parents or guardians can email us to have such data removed.
